Represent DeeperSync's engineering in front of U.S. clients: join introductory and technical meetings, help win new projects, and stay hands-on in shaping and delivering the solutions you scope.
This is a client-facing engineering role for a senior engineer who enjoys the conversation as much as the code. You will join introductory and technical meetings with U.S. clients, speak to our approach with real hands-on authority, and help turn promising conversations into signed engagements. Once work begins you stay close to it: analyzing requirements, shaping the architecture, and contributing directly to delivery in your specialty, whether that is machine learning and AI or C# and ASP.NET. You will work directly with our founders and engineering leads.
What you'll do
- Join introductory and technical meetings with prospective U.S. clients to present our capabilities and help secure new projects.
- Represent our engineering teams in client discussions, answering deep technical questions from first-hand experience.
- Analyze client requirements and turn them into clear solution outlines, architectures, and effort estimates.
- Partner with engineering leads on scoping and delivery plans, so what we propose is what we deliver.
- Contribute hands-on to delivery in your specialty, across ML/AI systems or C# and ASP.NET applications.
- Act as a trusted technical point of contact through delivery, surfacing risks early and keeping expectations aligned.
- Bring client feedback back into the company to sharpen our services and positioning.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience in machine learning and AI, or in C# and ASP.NET development.
- For ML/AI: production experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and cloud ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker.
- For .NET: deep experience building and maintaining applications with C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
- A track record of analyzing requirements and architecting solutions for real client projects.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a professional, composed presence in client meetings.
- Full availability during U.S. Eastern business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and the adaptability to work across different industries.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
- Experience working directly with U.S. enterprise, public sector, healthcare, or financial services clients.
- Hands-on work with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Experience writing proposals, estimates, or statements of work.
